GEA is looking for a Licensing Representative, based in Athens, to negotiate agreements and licenses with companies that use music in public. Proven skills in complex trading, dynamic character, ambition and professionalism are required.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO…
As a GEA Licensing Representative, you will work with specific assignment areas and specific targeting. You will focus on reaching agreements and completing the licensing of healthcare companies that use public music (Public Performance). This will initially include informing the company of its legal obligation, timely and high quality recording, market analysis and research required by the Agency’s licensing strategy, formulating licensing proposals in a clear and comprehensible manner and finally negotiation and subsequent implementation of these agreements.
The Licensing Representative will report to the Head of Public Performance Licensing, but will also support the other departments that fall within the Supervisor’s remit.
WHAT DO YOU NEED…
Basic requirements:
• Proven trading skills with at least 2 years experience in trading complex trade agreements.
• Dynamic character, consistency, professionalism and empathy.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to present data in a robust, logical and clear way.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize a varied workload.
• Knowledge and interest in the music industry, entertainment and new technologies.
• Holder of a car diploma and possibility of travel outside Attica.
• Education at bachelor’s degree level or equivalent.

The Organization is looking to add to its workforce an experienced partner, to provide the necessary technological know-how for the development and personalization of CRM – ERP systems, who should have the ability to control and implement multiple technological tasks, prioritizing the multitude of development and personalization needs of the Organization’s tools. This position will report directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Will act as a technical expert on CRM customization projects (implementations, customizations, migrations and more).
- Will be responsible for one or more aspects of projects including CRM extension, simple to complex customizations, UI/backend development, integration with other applications and more.
- Will solve technical problems.
- Will create drafts of technical documentation.
- Will troubleshoot software and processes
Necessary qualifications:
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript and SQL.
- Experience in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS and XML.
- Experience with cloud-based CRM systems and ability to customize them.
- Experience integrating CRM systems with other enterprise systems and software.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and software design principles.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud based CRM systems and development.
- Strong understanding of data security, backup and recovery processes.
- Strong ability to write technical documentation.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and debug software.
Desired qualifications:
- Experience in Soft1’s CRM
- Knowledge of mobile platform development is a plus.
- General dev-ops knowledge
- Experience with reporting and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with business process design and redesign
